What is Crispy Noodle? 
We offer many popular noodle dishes and the crispy noodles is a great meal in a bowl. It has been so popular with people requesting different options,  that we now offer lots of different options on our online app  'Create Your Own'.
Once you get home 
Step 1 Position crispy noodles in a bowl/plate,
Step 2 Pour saucy dish over the crispy noodles,
Step 3 Wait for a few minutes
Step 4 Tuck in, and enjoy the different textures of crispy and soft noodles together with the tasty dish.
What is GFA? 

Gluten Free Available. There are some dishes on our menu which can be made Gluten Free, which are denoted with the GFA symbol . You will need to specify you want Gluten Free for every GF dish you order. Unfortunately there are dishes which cannot be classed as GF even though it may not contain gluten due to the cooking process

What is Seitan? 

Seitan is also known as wheat gluten, vegan meat, wheat gluten, wheat protein, vital wheat protein, mock meat and wheat meat. It is made from gluten, which is the main protein in wheat. Seitan is a meat-free option often used to mimic the texture of animal-based meat

What is Tofu?

What is Choiconw mein? 
Some people confuse chow mein with stir fry and add lots of veg, but chow mein is a noodle dish and should be kept very simple but tasty. We used fine wheat noodles, thin in diameter and does not contain egg, so are great for Vegans too!
