Keeping our Customers & Team safe

We have implemented extra measures to help protect you and our team during this initial re-opening stage.

Putting the safety and well-being of our Customers & Team first is our priority.

There have been some changes in the way we conduct our business, but our priority is making sure we are looking out for you and our team.

To help create a safe experience for everyone, we have enhanced our high standard of cleanliness even further and introduced a number of additional measures and changes to our restaurant.

In addition to deep cleaning our restaurant, our team wash their hands at least every 30 minutes and they are cleaning equipment and surfaces more frequently. In order to help practice social distancing, we have opened with fewer people working on each shift to provide a safer environment, so please bear with us during peak times on Friday and Saturday evenings.

We have also installed additional screens and a 1 way system for collections to facilitate social distancing.

We offer an online 'non-contact service' - a 'curbside drop-off', where a runner will bring food to your car.

When are we going to let people 'dine in'?

We will not be opening up for 'dining in' on the 4th July 2020. Even with current guidelines, we still feel we are unable to accept the risk for our staff and customers. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and when we feel that safety has reached an acceptable level for our customers and staff, we will open our restaurant for 'dining in'.

In the meantime, we have invested heavily in our takeaway service, making it easier for customers to order and collect. We have made significant changes in the restaurant to make the whole process from cooking to serving more efficient, whilst taking into consideration the safety of our team and customers. So whilst we are not opening up for 'dine in' our aim is that customers can still have good quality Chinese food in safety.
